We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Risk & Opportunity (ROP) Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks, opportunities, and threats throughout the entire lifecycle of our projects. You will ensure that cutting-edge risk management strategies are seamlessly integrated into our project planning, execution, and reporting processes, helping us safeguard project delivery and maximize opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of project risks, opportunities, and threats (ROP). Integrate quantitative and qualitative risk management strategies into project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) to model potential project outcomes. Develop and maintain risk registers and provide clear, data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders and management. Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities. Requirements and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project risk management or similar roles within complex project environments. Standards: Strong familiarity with international risk management standards (e.g., PMI, ISO 31000, AACEI). Tools: Hands-on experience with QRA tools (such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, or Safran Risk). Software: High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and specialized risk management platforms (e.g., ARM, Safran, etc.). Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Certification: Hold a PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) or equivalent certification (highly desirable).
