Team Leader (Boden)

We are looking for a Team Leader for a construction project in Sweden. This position is open only to EU citizens or candidates who already hold a valid Swedish work permit. Work permits from other EU countries are not valid for working in Sweden. Contract: 10–11 months, with possible extension Accommodation: Provided on site Flights: Covered PPE: Covered Under the responsibility of the Site Manager, the Team Leader will: Lead and organize a team of workers on site. Follow the daily production plan agreed with the Site Manager. Meet daily targets or report any delays or issues. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available. Organize the work of each team member and support training on site. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity rules are followed. Carry out or supervise tracing/setting-out works. Check the quality and conformity of completed works. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction. Experience as a Team Leader, Foreman, or similar role. CAP/BEP Building qualification or similar certification is desirable. EU citizenship or valid Swedish work permit required.
