Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Sub Project Manager – Equipment & Systems What You Will Work On Lead technical equipment packages or engineering sub-projects Coordinate technical systems and multidisciplinary engineering activities Define technical requirements and develop equipment specifications Manage suppliers, technical vendors, and engineering partners Coordinate technical design reviews and engineering approvals Ensure technical deliveries meet project quality, cost, and schedule objectives Monitor project progress and manage technical risks Drive technical issue resolution and decision-making Collaborate with Process, Automation, Validation, Commissioning, QA, and Engineering teams Support procurement activities and supplier evaluations Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handovers when required Ensure compliance with GMP, engineering standards, and project requirements Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project Support continuous improvement of engineering execution and project delivery What You Bring Experience leading technical sub-projects or engineering work packages Background in industrial investment or capital projects Experience managing technical equipment and engineering systems Strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills Experience preparing technical specifications and requirements Experience managing suppliers and contractor deliveries Experience conducting technical reviews and engineering evaluations Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management Ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines Strong communication and leadership skills Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams
