About the Role In this position, you are more than just support – you are an important driver in ensuring a stable, modern, and efficient IT environment. You will work closely with both end users and IT colleagues and serve as a valuable resource within our Helpdesk team. You enjoy working collaboratively but also have the initiative and drive to work independently. You will support operations in Finland while also assisting our global business units.
