Sheet Metal Repair Technician (m/f/d) Job Description: • Detecting damage on aircraft components and determining the proper repair technologies and repair materials required • Using manufacturers’ specifications, relevant repair documentation, work orders and drawings with confidence und efficiency • Confidently performing repair work on aircraft sheet metal components, using standard practice methods (drilling, riveting, sawing, edging, bending) • Inspection of the work performed by using test/measurement equipment • Creating the required technical documentation of  all the repair work performed • Care and maintenance of tools Job Requirements: • Completed education as mechanic for sheet metal work or structural mechanic  specialized in sheet metal work; or similar • Ideally first professional experience in performing aviation-related sheet metal repair work in accordance with SRM or CMM • High quality awareness and forward-looking • Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting • Good spoken and written English communication skills (technical English) • EU work permit is required • Driver’s licence class B Offer: • Diversified assignments in an international working environment • Permanent work contract with above-average pay • Continuous training and qualification measures https://www.heico.de/job/sheet-metal-repair-technician-m-f-d-leipzig-2/ Interested?
