Work tasks: We are looking for a Foreman to join our team. The main objective of this role is to lead the team working on the construction waste sorting line and ensure high-quality operations. Job Description: Lead and organize the daily work of the sorting line team; Supervise, support, and motivate employees; Ensure the quality and accuracy of the sorting process; Communicate effectively with employees and the direct supervisor.
