Our restaurant in Aarhus City Centre is looking for 1-2 experienced Asian or Chinese chefs to join our team and contribute to our exciting poke bowl and bento concept. Responsibilities: Preparing Asian and Chinese dishes, as well as ingredients for poke bowls and bento. Food preparation (prep work) with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Ensuring daily kitchen operations meet strict quality and hygiene standards. Requirements: Proven experience as an Asian or Chinese chef. Experience with wok cooking or poke bowl and bento preparation is a distinct advantage. Reliable, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
