As a person you are independent and collaborative, comfortable switching between tasks, and you thrive in an environment that can be unpredictable. Experience in a craft brewery or food production setting is an advantage. Knowledge of brewing processes and filling machinery goes a long way. Your primary responsibilities will cover the full scope of production and brewing: – Brewing, fermentation and quality control across all products – Work together with the owners on the beer portfolio – Lead and develop the beer portfolio, incl. IPAs, farmhouse ales and barrel-aged styles – Operation, preparation and change-overs of the filling machinery (bottling machine and keg filler) – Production planning and management in close cooperation with the brewery's owners – Continuous control and follow-up on quality, efficiency and hygiene throughout the production – Optimize internal logistics and supply chain – Trouble shooting and repairs on machinery in the event of stoppages or disturbances – Cleaning during and after production runs If you are the right candidate, we can offer you a central role in an ambitious small farmhouse brewery, where the salary fully meets the demands placed. About the workplace Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeri is a renowned craft brewery and soft drinks maker, established in 2008 by Helle and Peder Zacho Hansen, scenically situated in Hyllested Skovgårde – a village a few kilometers from the idyllic town of Ebeltoft on the east coast of Jutland. Driven by passion, we produce quality beer and soft drinks for the domestic and export markets, bars, restaurants and niche-outlets.
