Sales Representative, Automotive Parts

We are looking for a Sales Representative, Automotive Parts on behalf of our client.

This position is ideal for a proactive, reliable, credible, and collaborative team player. You have a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and an established professional network within industry. You will be offered a responsible and independent role where you can make a real impact, build new opportunities, and create long-term value for both your customers and a respected and growing company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring and contacting new customers throughout Finland
• Developing existing customer relationships and increasing customer purchasing volumes
• Understanding customers businesses and needs, and providing suitable solutions
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth

We expect you to have:

• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket sector
• Experience in B2B sales and field sales
• Commercially minded with a results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written
• The ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify business opportunities
• The ability to work independently from a home office and a willingness to travel extensively throughout Finland
• A valid drivers licence
