Product/Quality Manager in Blåhøj

At Sønderup Montage, you will become part of a well-functioning international team. Your main responsibility will be the production of our “End of Waste” soil improvement/bedding product for agriculture and afforestation projects. Over the past year, there has also been significant development among many municipalities that wish to participate in the development and use of our “End of Waste” product for processing/application in their landfill systems, soil depots, etc. You will be part of a team where we treat each other with respect and openness, and where everyone contributes to a supportive and positive working environment. As a person, you are a strong team player with a keen interest in natural bio/eco solutions and systems. You are flexible, service-minded, and solution-oriented. You work carefully and in a structured manner, and you have an eye for both the bigger picture and the details in a busy and ever-changing workday. Responsibilities: Development and formulation of the “End of Waste” product Product and inventory management Coordination of production and sales Personal and Professional Qualifications: Experience with warehouse operations, preferably at a supervisory or mid-management level Able to work independently and take an active role in tasks Not afraid to take initiative and enjoys physical work Positive mindset, sees opportunities, and is good at building collaborative relationships Works in a structured way and naturally incorporates collected data into the work Willing to assist in production when necessary Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a negotiation level Experience with MS Office We offer: An exciting workday where you have the opportunity to drive a development process that has only just begun.
