Delivering quality haircuts and beard services
Creating great experiences for clients (because a haircut is never just a haircut)
Building relationships and turning first-time clients into regulars
Contributing to a positive and professional shop culture
Taking pride in your work, even when nobody's watching
What we're looking for:
Experience as a barber
Strong fade game and attention to detail
Good energy and people skills
Reliable, professional, and hungry to improve
Team player mentality
