Student Assistant in HR – Odense Hospital Project Team Location: Odense, Denmark Employment Type: Student Assistant (Part-Time) Department: HR / Project Team Join Our Team We are looking for a motivated and structured Student Assistant to support the HR activities of the Odense Hospital Project Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Human Resources, administration, and project-based work within a large and dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities As a Student Assistant, you will support onboarding and personnel administration activities, including: Assisting with onboarding procedures for new employees and subcontractors. Preparing and maintaining onboarding documentation and records. Coordinating access requests, introductions, and administrative processes for new team members. Supporting communication with employees, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Maintaining HR-related databases and ensuring accurate personnel information. Assisting with general HR and administrative tasks as required. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who: Holds a Bachelor's degree or is currently enrolled in a Master's degree program. Has an interest in Human Resources, administration, or project management. Is structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Has good written and spoken English. Danish language skills are considered an advantage.
