Tulos Advisors is a Finnish boutique advisory firm specialising in M&A, transaction support, and strategic legal and financial advisory services. We are growing our team and are looking for a motivated and analytically strong M&A Analyst to support our transaction execution and client work.
As an M&A Analyst, you will work closely with the whole team on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will take responsibility for financial analyses, modelling, research, and client materials, and you will be directly involved in transaction processes from day one.
This role is well suited for someone who has experience in a similar role or who is eager to develop in a hands-on advisory environment and contribute to high-quality work in a small, experienced team.
Perform financial, statistical, and scenario analyses for ongoing transactions

Conduct company, market, and industry research to support client recommendations
Prepare client presentations, information materials, and M&A documentation
Assist in transaction structuring and conduct financial due diligence
Participate in client meetings and engage directly with entrepreneurs and investors
Masters degree in Economics/Finance (KTM) or Engineering (DI) or equivalent, either completed or close to completion
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, for example in corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking and audit or accounting (with strong analytical exposure)
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
Experience in valuation and financial due diligence is considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and assume responsibility in client projects
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction
Opportunity to work closely on diverse and meaningful M&A projects. You will gain exposure to a broad range of industries and transaction types while still having the space to maintain a healthy balance outside work. We are a flexible workplace, and our culture is built on trust rather than long-hours expectations.
A role with real responsibility and visibility in client work. A supportive and experienced team with a pragmatic, low-hierarchy working culture. Possibility to grow into a broader advisory role as your experience develops.
In addition, we offer comprehensive health insurance, a sports and cultural benefit, and a centrally located office at Fabianinkatu.
If you are motivated by analytical problem-solving, enjoy working in a dynamic project environment, and want to contribute to successful transactions, we would be happy to hear from you.
We may conduct interviews during the application period.
