In this role, you will help us connect with new customers, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and support the daily communication of the company. **Main Responsibilities** - Contacting potential customers by phone and email - Communicating with companies, hotels, and other stakeholders regarding possible cooperation - Handling customer inquiries and incoming calls professionally - Visiting potential customers and sites when needed - Supporting door-to-door customer outreach when necessary - Preparing emails, quotations, and simple customer contracts - Visiting sites for basic work evaluation and customer meetings - Following up with customers and maintaining good client relationships **Requirements** - Fluent Finnish skills (spoken and written) required - Good English skills (spoken and written) - Good communication and customer service skills - Basic Microsoft Word and email knowledge - Ability to work independently and responsibly - Driving license is considered an advantage - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus **Job Details** - Position: Part-time - Working hours: 020 hours per week - Salary: €13.26 per hour - Work type: On-site **About Us** Safai Cleaning Services is a growing cleaning company focused on providing reliable and high-quality services to our customers.
