Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an international environment and possess the skills necessary to manage the demands of the fast-paced tourism industry. In this role, you will support both international bookings and the growing segment of domestic bookings. Key Responsibilities: -Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the tourism industry showcasing product knowledge and sales promotion as well as coordination and cooperation with local partners. -Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and during the stay of the guests. -Take responsibility for booking and coordinating domestic FIT and group travel, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery. -Handle inquiries, bookings, and client communications efficiently. -Support the planning and execution of group programs in collaboration with internal teams and local suppliers. -Knowledge of local and international markets. -Stay informed about local attractions and services to enhance guest experience. Requirements: -You have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus, especially French, Dutch, German and Spanish. -You handle stressful situations effectively and are willing to work in the evenings and weekends. -You have a structured and reliable approach to work and are not put off by administrative tasks. -Previous experience in the tourism industry is essential. -We work with Mews, FareHarbor, Hubspot and Microsoft Outlook. -Collegiality and teamwork are essential for you.
