About the position We are looking for an experienced and independent Workshop Manager & Laser Machine Operator with solid experience working with Amada laser cutting machines. You will play a key role in our production, combining hands-on laser operation with responsibility for the daily management of the workshop. Key responsibilities Operation and programming of Amada laser cutting machines Planning and coordination of production Daily management of the workshop Quality control of manufactured parts Maintenance and optimization of machines and processes Collaboration with management and potentially customers/suppliers Your profile Proven experience with Amada laser machines (required) Experience in production planning or workshop management Strong technical understanding and attention to quality Independent, structured, and responsible Proficient in English and/or Danish We offer A key position in our company Opportunity for responsibility and influence A well-organized workshop with high professional standards Salary based on qualifications
