What will you do? As an Operator, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You are a key player in the production process. You operate and set up production and packaging machines You start up production lines and ensure correct programming You perform changeovers when needed You quickly resolve minor technical issues You monitor quality, safety, and hygiene You support colleagues on the work floor with your knowledge In short: you make sure production runs efficiently and safely. Who are you? You don’t need years of experience. What really matters: You have technical insight and are eager to learn You think in solutions and have a hands-on mentality You value quality and safety You enjoy working in a team You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) Experience in food production or as an operator is a plus, not a requirement.
