Ship electrician
Marine turbine repair mechanic. We also offer work to Ukrainian war refugees. Work tasks: Job duties: • Diagnostics of the technical condition of ship turbines • Repair, dismantling, assembly and adjustment of turbine equipment • Performing planned maintenance and emergency repairs • Quality control of work and testing of equipment after repairs • Working with technical documentation, drawings and diagrams • Identifying the causes of failures and their elimination • Compliance with occupational and industrial safety requirements We offer: For our part, we offer work in the territory of a ship repair yard in Tallinn, stable and competitive wages, opportunities for professional development and improving qualifications. Other requirements: Requirements: • Secondary or higher education in a technical field (marine mechanics, mechanical engineering, etc.) • Work experience with turbine equipment (preferably on ships) for at least 2–3 years • Knowledge of the operating principles of turbines, pumps, reducers and auxiliary systems • Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams • Ability to use measuring instruments • Conscientiousness, accuracy and teamwork skills An advantage is: • Previous work experience in ship repair or maritime Option to work from home: No
