Looking for Manager / Supervisor

Freya Service ApS, a growing staffing and service company based in Copenhagen, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager / Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role for someone who can take responsibility for daily operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure high service standards across all assignments. Position Details Position: Manager / Supervisor Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage daily staff schedules and shift allocations Supervise employees and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high standards of service delivery across all client sites Monitor employee performance and provide training, support, and motivation Manage attendance, staffing needs, and last-minute shift coverage Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support operational improvements and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management Assist in kitchen operations when needed, including food preparation, service, and maintaining hygiene standards Step in during busy periods to support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications Experience in hospitality, staffing, or a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work hands-on in kitchen operations when required Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage) Reliable, responsible, and proactive mindset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow within a developing company Supportive and professional work environment A key leadership role with real impact on company operations How to Apply If you are a motivated leader who is not afraid to take a hands-on role in both management and kitchen operations, we would love to hear from you.
