Senior Project Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance * Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial, and support functions * Act as primary client and stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment * Develop and execute project delivery strategies to meet agreed timelines and budgets Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, cost control, forecasting, and change management * Lead project reporting, reviews, and performance management for all stakeholders * Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities Requirements: * 1015+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering or related sectors * Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably within data centres or other mission-critical environments * Solid understanding of construction contracts, project delivery models and risk management * Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders * Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-driven approach * Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments * Good command of English (written and spoken) Please send your application soon, as the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
