**We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.** Ravintola Itsudemo Zeppelin is a restaurant specialising in Asian cuisine, including Chinese wok dishes and Japanese sushi. We are seeking a skilled and motivated chef with hands-on professional experience in Chinese wok cooking. **Key responsibilities:** - Preparation and independent cooking of Chinese wok dishes and stir-fry cuisine in a commercial kitchen environment - Application of authentic Chinese seasoning techniques and flavour profiles across multiple regional Chinese culinary styles - Maintaining food quality, presentation standards, and consistency during busy service periods - Participation in daily kitchen operations including ingredient preparation and stock management **Requirements:** - Proven hands-on experience in Chinese wok cooking and stir-fry techniques in a professional kitchen - Solid knowledge of Chinese seasoning combinations and the ability to produce a variety of flavour profiles (e.g. spicy, umami, sweet-sour, aromatic) - Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment - Professional culinary qualification in Chinese or Asian cuisine is an advantage **We offer:** - Permanent employment contract - A dynamic and supportive working environment
