About the Role

Adecco is recruiting a Team Lead for our client's integration hub in Berlin. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub and manage a team of Junior Social Workers, ensuring high-quality counseling and support services for Ukrainian refugees.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and organizational leadership of the hub
• Lead, coordinate, and support the team of Junior Social Workers
• Handle complex cases with legal and social dimensions
• Ensure quality assurance across all counseling activities
• Prepare reports and performance analysis for the client organization
• Act as the primary interface between the hub, the commissioning organization, and external partners

Your Profile

• Degree in social work, law, or a related field
• Several years of experience in a refugee or migration context
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of residence law, social law, and labor law in Germany
• Excellent English and German
• Ukrainian is a strong advantage
