Team Lead / Social Work Coordinator  Berlin, Germany | Full-time | About the Role Adecco is recruiting a Team Lead for our client's integration hub in Berlin. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub and manage a team of Junior Social Workers, ensuring high-quality counseling and support services for Ukrainian refugees. Your Responsibilities - Provide professional and organizational leadership of the hub - Lead, coordinate, and support the team of Junior Social Workers - Handle complex cases with legal and social dimensions - Ensure quality assurance across all counseling activities - Prepare reports and performance analysis for the client organization - Act as the primary interface between the hub, the commissioning organization, and external partners Your Profile - Degree in social work, law, or a related field - Several years of experience in a refugee or migration context - Demonstrated leadership experience - Strong knowledge of residence law, social law, and labor law in Germany - Excellent English and German - Ukrainian is a strong advantage How to Apply Are you interested in this opportunity?
