The Icebreaking Company Oy is looking for a Cruise Director
We are looking for a Cruise Director for the Icebreaker for the winter season 15.12.2026 - 31.3.2027. In this role, you will be key to the success of the entire experience. You will lead the ships service team and ensure that the entire experience runs smoothly and with high quality.
We expect from you
Experience working on board
Strong supervisory experience
Background in the restaurant and / or tourism industry
Ability to lead from the front and participate in practical work when necessary
Understanding of sales and customer experience
Fluent English (Finnish and other languages are considered as an advantage)
