We are looking for a skilled and reliable builder or carpenter to carry out a comprehensive renovation of a detached house built in 1977. The project includes a full wet room renovation, interior surface work, and the construction of new outdoor terraces.

**Key tasks**

- Concrete pour and floor drain installation in the bathroom

- Waterproofing of the bathroom floor

- Full tiling of the bathroom (floor and walls)

- Surface renovation of other rooms (floors, walls, painting)

- Design and construction of outdoor terrace(s)

- Other general renovation tasks related to a 1970s house

**Required skills**

- Proven experience with wet rooms and waterproofing

- Competence in concrete work

- Tiling experience

- General surface renovation skills (plastering, painting, flooring)

- Experience building outdoor decks/terraces

- Familiarity with older construction methods (1970s buildings)

- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule

**Considered an asset**

- Vocational or trade qualification in construction

- References from similar renovation projects

- Own tools and equipment preferred
