Role Overview The Operations & Guest Relations Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining service quality, and creating an exceptional guest experience. You will support staff, streamline workflows, handle customer communication, and help drive operational excellence as the brand grows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is hands-on, solution-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and operations. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Customer Relations Maintain a welcoming service culture Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly Support front-of-house training to ensure consistency in service Monitor customer experience touchpoints (in-store, online, delivery platforms) Operations & Team Support Support daily store operations and staff coordination Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and service standards are followed Assist in onboarding and training new staff Help maintain inventory, scheduling, and store readiness Brand & Quality Uphold La Tre’s quality, brand, and presentation standards Review customer feedback from platforms (Wolt, Google, etc.) and identify improvements Support implementation of new menu items, promotions, and processes Problem-Solving & Communication Anticipate and solve operational challenges Communicate clearly between locations, kitchen teams, and management Ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events Qualifications & Skills Must-Have Experience in hospitality, retail, or service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities Hands-on mindset — not afraid to step in where needed Calm under pressure, customer-focused attitude Nice to Have (Plus) Previous management or supervisor experience Experience in café/restaurant/takeaway operations Familiarity with scheduling, point-of-sale systems, or delivery platforms Interest in Vietnamese culture/cuisine
