Telephone operator Dutch - English | nacht-week

When you are on the road and you have trouble with your truck? Who you gonna call? YOU !! For a company in Hasselt we are looking for a platform or telephone operator for dispatching. You will be helping truck drivers who have a problem with their truck on the road. They call you when something is wrong and you have to try to help them as efficiently as possible.  You are responsible for your own cases while you are working. You help the truck drivers by contacting a local garage for example so the truck will be fixed as soon as possible. This company works with a unique system so truck drivers can be helped in their own language. That is why we are looking for someone who speaks Dutch and English. To do this job properly there will be a learning period of 6 to 8 weeks. You will be taught how to help people as best as possible. In this period you will be working in a dayshift starting at 8:00. You will work 3 days from 20h-8u   You are fluent in Dutch & English? And also able to speek a 3 language. Since you will be working in a multilingual environment, English is the language in which your co-workers will communicate with you. Your computerskills are on point. You work in nights from Thuesday until Saturday
