The Wok Chef is responsible for the Chinese wok noodle dishes, such as pan fried noodle. The tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating menu items in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications. Familiar with boiling noodles, asian sauces, vegetables. The Wok Chef keeps their work area clean, organized, and stocked, throughout shift. Wok skill with gas stove is needed.
