THE ROLE INVOLVES PREPARING AND COOKING MEALS ACCORDING TO SET RECIPES WHILE ENSURING QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, AND TIMELY SERVICE. DUTIES INCLUDE ASSISTING SENIOR KITCHEN STAFF, MAINTAINING HYGIENE AND ORGANIZATION, FOLLOWING HACCP PROTOCOLS, AND PROPERLY RECEIVING, LABELLING, AND STORING SUPPLIES. THE POSITION ALSO REQUIRES ADAPTING DISHES FOR DIETARY NEEDS, REPORTING EQUIPMENT ISSUES, SUPPORTING SMOOTH SERVICE FLOW, AND PERFORMING ADDITIONAL TASKS AS ASSIGNED., MUST HAVE 1–3 YEARS’ KITCHEN EXPERIENCE, STRONG ENGLISH, KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY, PORTIONING, AND KITCHEN PRACTICES.
