Strawberry picking summer 2026, SEASON2026
Come and pick strawberries with us! We are a family business from Suonenjoki, North Savo, Finland, and we are looking for about 20 strawberry pickers. We grow strawberries on open fields. Work starts in the end of June 2026 lasting 3-4 weeks. Compensation is based on the terms of the collective agreement of rural industries. We require employees to be at least 17 years old and have Finnish or basic English language skills. Previous experience in the tasks is not necessary as employees will be trained for the tasks. Work requires responsible, committed worker and good physical endurance. The employer provides the necessary equipment for the job (e.g. rubber boots and rain gear). Bicycles are available for leisure use. All employees are provided accommodation on the farm in 4-person cottages at a small rate per day including electricity and water. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared. Accommodation is arranged in the same courtyard where the work is done. Here's your opportunity to work in the beautiful landscapes of Suonenjoki!
