Our product is gaining traction quickly, and were now looking for a new team member who can help accelerate our growth by ensuring our sales team always has a strong pipeline of high-quality meetings. The Role Presales / Sales Development Representative Your main responsibility is to help our sales team succeed. In practice, this means ensuring that our salespeople consistently have high-quality meetings with potential customers in their calendars. Your work may include things like: researching potential customers reaching out and booking meetings qualifying and prioritizing leads supporting marketing in generating better leads organizing and categorizing incoming leads helping improve our sales processes There are many ways to reach the goal. What matters most is that you make things happen. If making proactive contact with new potential customers feels uncomfortable, this role probably isnt for you. Work Setup Remote work with monthly in-person team meetings. Initial onboarding includes two days of live training in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Compensation Base salary + performance-based bonus. Realistic total monthly earnings starting from the second month: €2000–€3000 / month, with the potential to grow continuously based on your performance. Requirements native-level Finnish language skills fluent English strong motivation to help Finnish SMEs improve their marketing performance willingness to grow and become excellent at your work desire to be an important part of a small, ambitious team Nice to Have excellent English skills experience in digital marketing clear communication skills and a pleasant phone voice structured and organized working style sales experience or strong interest in learning sales familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Pipedrive ability to research information and evaluate its reliability ability to write clear text for different channels or purposes ability to analyze your own performance against goals sense of humor and willingness to step outside your comfort zone Support and Learning You wont be left alone in the role.
