Work tasks: Job description: We are looking for experienced concrete workers to join our team. The main tasks are reinforcement work, concreting and installation of formwork on various construction sites in Estonia. The job is suitable for a person who is used to physical work, can work independently and in a team, and keeps to agreements and deadlines. Main duties: -Preparation and installation of reinforcement (rebar) -Placing and vibrating concrete -Installation and, when needed, dismantling of formwork -Working according to drawings and work instructions -Following health and safety rules on site We offer: We offer: -Employment contract with Alpe Group OÜ in accordance with Estonian legislation -Competitive salary: 1900–2300 EUR gross per month (depending on experience and performance) -Free accommodation in Estonia -Free transport from accommodation to the construction site and back -Stable, long-term employment opportunity for a motivated and hard-working employee -Friendly and supportive team Other requirements: Requirements for the candidate: -Previous work experience in concrete works (reinforcement, concreting, formwork) -Good physical condition -Responsible and accurate attitude to work -Ability to work both in a team and independently -Communication level English or Russian (for communication on site) Option to work from home: No
