Become part of our team and start your career at PALFINGER. 1 Innovation Manager (f/m/d) For our Product Line Special Lifting Solutions we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Innovation Manager (f/m/d) to drive Innovation processes and devlop an environment that actively supports, promotes and generates innovation and ideas. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Define innovation priorities based on the product line strategy * Manage and shape idea management and innovation processes within the product line and coordinate improvements of these processes * Technology scouting (trend radar) and market observation regarding changes and future concepts * Define design guidelines for all products within the product line in close cooperation with Product Marketing * Align processes with CoE, other product lines and necessary functions within GPO as the contact person in terms of innovation and be the first to contact regarding Patents and IP YOUR QUALIFICATIONS  * Completed technical training (university/university of applied sciences/HTL) in the field of innovation, design, engineering or product management * First professional experience with Innovation, Innovation processes and/or product management * Innovative and forward thinking with a structured approach to fulfill tasks * Excellent intercultural communication skills, strong analytical abilities and willingness to drive and define processes * Fluency in spoken and written English (German skills are a plus), willingness to travel internationally WE OFFER * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy (at the Vienna site: Edenred card) * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment.
