Aquaction is a Finnish company specialized in water sports, offering high-quality products for swimmers, open water swimming, and water activities. Our selection includes well-known international brands as well as Aquactions own products. As a summer employee, you will work in a versatile role in our retail store and in the customer service of our online store, while getting familiar with the world of water sports equipment. The role may include tasks such as: customer service in the store and general retail work -online store customer service (email and phone) -processing and packing orders -product merchandising and maintaining the store -organizing the warehouse and receiving goods -assisting at events and trade fairs when needed We hope that you: -have a positive and proactive customer service attitude -are interested in swimming, water sports, or sports in general -are self-motivated and detail-oriented -have good Finnish language skills (English is considered an advantage) -are comfortable working in a retail environment Previous experience in sales or e-commerce is not required – the most important thing is the motivation to learn.
