Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Malaysian dishes, including but not limited to Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Rendang, Satay, and other regional specialties. Develop new menu items inspired by Malaysian flavors and food trends. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, inventory, and portion control. Maintain strict cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary.
