Manage, maintain, and optimize our public website, including WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks and custom fields (ACF). Write clean, maintainable code using web technologies (HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP) and follow component-based development best practices. Collaborate closely with the UI/UX designer to improve user experience, adjust existing components, and create new elements aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and explore AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make) for redesigns or adjustments. Integrate Web APIs and ensure responsive and accessible web design standards. Support basic SEO optimizations. Provide input on selecting the most suitable tools and approaches for each project. Configure and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools (Actito, Odoo, or equivalent), including targeting, scenario-based campaigns, and performance tracking. 1-3 years of proven experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization, ACF, and optionally Gutenberg blocks. Solid understanding of web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, component-based development, and API integration. Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and basic graphic skills to support visual improvements. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility best practices. Experience with version control systems (Git). Familiarity with cloud-based environments, deployment pipelines, and application lifecycle management. Experience with marketing automation tools, email campaign management, and basic SEO is a plus. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers and marketing teams. Highly adaptable, with the ability to work across technical, design, and digital marketing domains in a dynamic environment. Either French or Dutch speaker with a fluent English level.
