Extrusion Operator – 2 shifts

Our client is seeking stable, reliable, and motivated candidates to join their production team as Extrusion Operators. This role involves operating plastic extrusion machines and also includes forklift responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment and following procedures carefully to ensure smooth and continuous machine operation. Your Tasks: ✅ Operate and monitor extrusion machines. ✅ Prepare and supply the correct raw materials according to production orders. ✅ Transport plastic materials to the production line using a forklift. ✅ Open packaging and feed material into the machine. ✅ Monitor heating and processing procedures (temperatures above 200°C). ✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the workplace. This is a full-time position (38 hours/week) in a 2-shift system: Mon–Thu: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 Fri: 06:00–12:00 / 12:00–18:00 The production environment is industrial and may occasionally be slightly dusty (dust levels are regularly monitored and are not harmful). The workspace can be warm in winter due to machine heat, and during summer temperatures may rise significantly (up to 40°C or more).
