administrative employee in shipping (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Planning and organization of transports in agreement with the freight forwarders
• Preparation and review of shipping documents such as consignment notes, delivery notes and order invoices
• Ensuring delivery reliability
• Carrying out inventories
• If necessary, project work
