Wastewater Operator

Are you our new wastewater operations employee? At Tønder Forsyning, we work every day to ensure a well-functioning supply with a focus on quality, responsibility, community and cooperation.   In the wastewater department, we are now looking for a new colleague to start as soon as possible.  Maybe it is you if you are practical, committed and want to work with operation and maintenance in a job with freedom with responsibility.    You will be part of the wastewater department, where the tasks are solved together, and where there is room for both independence and sparring in everyday life.  Your tasks will include:  Operation, supervision and maintenance of technical installations at wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations  Troubleshooting and practical tasks in connection with the daily operation  Easier maintenance of the utility's buildings and areas as well as participation in both planned and emergency operational tasks  The position is linked to an on-call scheme, which you will be a part of.  The on-call scheme requires residence within Tønder Municipality.  About you  We imagine that you take ownership of your tasks and have professional pride. You are self-driven and focus on maintaining a high standard and good progress in the work. In addition, you have the drive and desire to solve technical and practical tasks and challenges, and  your educational background is not decisive. The most important thing is that you:  Have technical insight, a good grasp of tools and hands screwed on  correctly Take responsibility for the tasks and are self-driven  Have a good tone, willingness to collaborate and easy to learn new tasks  IT is a natural part of everyday life, so we expect you to have IT knowledge at user level.
