The cold section works with everything from starters, pastry work and desserts to dishes, lunch dishes and creative seasonal components. The kitchen at Knudhule Badehotel consists of 14 full-time employees divided into hot and cold parties as well as students and assistants. You will be part of a strong professional community and report directly to the sous chef and head chef.
