Team Manager Drawing Office

Location: Deerlijk | Employment: Full-time | Sector: Infrastructure engineering | +5 years of experience If Project Manager Drawing Office you manage the drawing departments in Deerlijk, Drongen and Boom. You monitor planning, capacity, quality and KPIs, and ensure smooth cooperation between all locations. You coordinate the drawing work with foreign partners and helps the firm evolve further into a professional BIM environment. A selection of your tasks: Daily coaching of the teams KPI-monitoring & reporting Schedules and manage priorities Regular presence at all locations Coordination with external and international sign-up partners Applying BIM-standards and processes Helping to build the further professionalization of the drawing office You have experience in leading and organizing engineeringteams. You have at least one Bachelor in a Technical direction. You are familiar with KPI-driven control. You have an in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and work in a BIM environment. You are strong in planning, following up and structuring. You communicate fluently with internal teams and external partners. You have affinity with electrical engineering, infrastructure or engineering.
