Your tasks - You will look after and support the care facilities assigned to you in northern Germany in all aspects of quality management. - You will review existing processes, optimize structures and ensure efficient, goal-oriented implementation of workflows. - You will conduct employee training and accompany managers during their induction phase. - You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and continuously develop quality management. - You will prepare meaningful reports and communicate them with management.
