The Claims for Adjustment Centre is a national unit that decides on claims for rectification concerning decisions on basic social assistance, issues Kela's statements on further appeals to administrative courts and enforces the decisions of higher administrative courts. The Claims Centre currently employs a total of 104 people, of whom 17 work as Vice-Chairs and 78 as rapporteurs. In the position of rapporteur, you will investigate claims for rectification of decisions on basic social assistance, request additional information and be responsible for the preparation of the matter. To resolve the claim for rectification, you will prepare a presentation and prepare a proposal for a decision to the Vice Chairperson. Your duties may also include other tasks.
