For a technical organization in the Lokeren region, we are looking for an experienced R&D employee.
You will work on completely new products or make improvements to existing articles
You know how to understand technical projects and know how to respond to the needs of the customers
You take into account the cost price, processing speed, ergonomics, production methods,...
You report to the R&D Manager
You have a Master's degree in Industrial Design or product development or are equivalent through experience
You already have several years of experience as an R&D Engineer/Specialist
You have a great sense of responsibility and like to optimize things
You know how to combine creativity with communication with internal and external parties
You have a good knowledge of Autocad
