Cloud Engineer
Detailed description of work task to be carried out - Plan and build segments and customer journeys in their marketing automation system, Adobe Journey Optimizer - Work with stakeholders from campaign brief to execution together with specialists from various fields organized in cross-functional agile teams - Define various touchpoints in the customer and product journey and orchestrate different messages across channels - Define A/B tests and control groups to ensure learning in everything we do - Report and analyze the effect of activities to gather insights and learning for continuous optimization - Share learning and best practices with your colleagues in the other Nordic countries Must-have knowledge and experience - Most likely have a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or similar - Have documented experience (> 2 years) with omni-channel campaign building in Marketing Automation solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, or similar - Experience with Data Science and web analytics and use of various tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or GA - Strong communication skills in English and Finnish Nice-to-have knowledge and experience - Have experience working in Agile teams or SAFe - Have a passion for technology, data, and digital marketing and the opportunities related to the combination of these - Are analytically inclined and motivated by finding creative solutions to how we can solve various business challenges - Are driven by achieving concrete results and seeing your work materialize in increased customer engagement, increased customer satisfaction, and increased sales - Focus on getting things done and are triggered by seeing how your work can be transferred to real value for our customers - Are above average interested in Life and Pension business The position will start on 1 April 2026, and the employment will be through Temp-Team Finland Oy. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence at the clients office in Helsinki 2–3 days per week. The position is fixed-term until 31 December 2026.
