We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as: 1 Social Media Manager_in Responsibilities * Shape and elevate our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok in line with our luxury brand positioning * Conceptualize, create, and schedule compelling content that reflects our brand story and strategic direction * Create refined social posts, short-form reels, and supporting marketing assets aligned with our brand aesthetics * Track performance metrics and continuously refine content to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility * Build meaningful connections with our online community and manage inquiries across social platforms * Maintain and enrich customer data within our CRM, monitor leads, and support timely follow-up communication * Provide marketing support across daily operations, campaign coordination, and the creation of high-quality marketing materials Position Requirements and Qualifications * Background in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge * Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content * Flexible and reliable working style with good time management * Self-driven, well-structured, and able to work independently * Positive team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset * English C2; German is a strong plus Salary For this position, we offer a gross monthly base salary in the range of € 1.700,- (20h, part-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
