DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:    •    MANAGE COMPANY CORRESPONDENCE INCLUDING PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, LETTERS, AND COURIERS •    MAINTAIN AND ORGANISE THE RECEPTION AREA WHILE WELCOMING CLIENTS AND VISITORS •    PERFORM GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION DUTIES •    RESPOND PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY TO CLIENT INQUIRIES •    ISSUE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS •    MANAGE THE COLLECTIONS PROCESS •    PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL RETURNS TO THE REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES •    PERFORM BASIC KYC FOR CLIENTS, •    EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS  •    PROBLEM SOLVING •    STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTI-TASKING SKILLS  •    FLUENT IN GREEK AND ENGLISH  •    STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS ESPECIALLY IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS •    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE, Please note that copy of the letter and CV sent to the employer should also be sent to the (EURES ADVISOR, MARIA PITSILLIDOU, ).
