Do you like working with machines and keeping production running smoothly? As a Production Operator in the food industry, you play a key role in ensuring a stable, efficient and safe production process. You work in a modern production environment where teamwork, responsibility and quality matter. You start up, operate and adjust production machines throughout the shift. You monitor the production process and intervene when adjustments are needed. You troubleshoot minor technical issues and contact maintenance when necessary. You follow the production planning and keep the process running efficiently. You communicate clearly with fellow operators to ensure smooth collaboration. You help guarantee production continuity through good organisation and coordination. You handle basic administrative tasks related to production. You keep your workstation clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety rules. You have relevant experience as a production or machine operator. You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your process. You are hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented. You have basic technical insight and enjoy working with machines. You speak English fluently (no Dutch required for this role, Polish/Romanian is useful). You are willing to work in shifts, including early starts (from 3:00 AM) or a fixed afternoon shift. (A forklift certificate is a plus, but not required.)
