Workshop Assembler / TIG Welder
On-Site Work (Field Installation): Do you enjoy being on the move and working at different locations? As part of our field team, you'll be primarily active across West and East Flanders. Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for installing our machinery directly at the customer’s site — including both mechanical assembly and TIG welding tasks. This is a daytime role (no night shifts), with lots of variety, and best of all: travel time counts as working time. Workshop Responsibilities: Welding: You will be responsible for tack welding and TIG welding stainless steel components, based on technical drawings and with the support of your teammates and production manager. Clean, precise, and hygienic welds are your trademark. Assembly: In addition to welding, you’ll assist in assembling our machinery. Testing: Before a machine leaves for the customer, you’ll help fully assemble and test it in our workshop. This ensures everything fits and functions perfectly — it’s satisfying to watch your work evolve into a fully finished product. In short: This is not a routine or repetitive job — you’ll enjoy a diverse role where you get to bring our machines to life from start to finish.
