KeyStaff Oy is seeking a skilled CNC milling machinist for its client Wel-Mach Oy in Vaasa. The position is full-time, and work will start as soon as possible. Job description – CNC Machinist (Milling) You will work as a CNC milling machinist in a production environment manufacturing small batches and single parts. The workpieces are often large and technically demanding. This is not push-button production, but machining in the true professional sense of the word. Key responsibilities: CNC milling on Daewoo machines Manufacturing jigs and special components Programming directly at the machine Operating Fanuc controls Measuring and ensuring work quality The production utilizes an FMS solution with a storage system, and the work requires an understanding of the overall process, not just individual steps. We expect you to have: Strong experience in CNC milling Skills in Fanuc control systems and programming Experience in machining large workpieces and manufacturing special components A careful and precise working approach, with an understanding of the importance of measurement and quality assurance Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer you: Full-time employment Two-shift work (morning and evening shifts) Competitive pay in accordance with at least the Technology Industry Collective Agreement; the planned pay range for the position is approximately €14–18 per hour Continuous support from our HR team The job starts as soon as possible and is located at Wel-Mach Oy's facilities in Vaasa.
