Production foreman
Education - Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering Working Experience – At least 5 years having Supervised production team Responsibility: Control production for hull fabrication which includes Pre fabrication, block fabrication, Grand assembly and Hull Assembly Able to identify welding defects and undertake inspections Through understanding of WPS in FCAW - all positions Understand Ship building standards and knowledge of IACS Able to guide Ship hull fitters with detailed production drawings and sequences Co ordinate with Shipyard Supervisors / Managers for arranging resources ensuring seamless production Should be able to undertake manpower resource planning and allocate to meet production timelines Able to mitigate block fabrication / hull erections bottlenecks Ensure compliance of HSE rules on site
